We offer on-site cooking with upgraded chafing dishes and professional Maître’ D service for all occasions. We also offer delivery with the use of disposable chafing dishes for a crowd of any size.

Meet Chef Vernon

Owner

An Orlando native and graduate of Jones High School, Chef Vernon is married to his high school sweetheart and they have two beautiful daughters. He is an award-winning competitor with over 25 years of experience preparing global cuisines, having his dishes featured in multiple restaurants and  magazines. With his devotion to service and training, Chef Vernon has become a thought leader among Central Florida’s catering elite. When he’s not catering or operating the Wing It To The Bone food truck, he enjoys providing meals for volunteers at local nonprofits. 

The winning Warm Antipasto Sandwich was created by Vernon H. A flavorful combination of ham, salami, provolone cheese, pepperoncini, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers and Greek olives is baked in crusty French bread and topped with melted provolone and balsamic glaze, served with coleslaw and a dill pickle. “The contest was a fun way to engage our team members and sparked a lot of creativity,” said TooJay’s President and CEO Maxwell Piet. “We are very proud of what Vernon has created for our guests.”
